Seoul Financial Hub is pleased to announce the release of 'Seoul Finance Snapshot #10,' delivering the latest financial news from Seoul. We kindly ask for your attention to this publication, where financial information about the city is provided.

 

In this issue, we introduce the reconstruction plan for “Yeouido Residential Complexes Dedicated to Global Finance." This is the contents of the proposal for Yeouido Hanyang Apartment Rapid Integration announced by the Seoul Metropolitan Government with the purpose of supporting the function of downtown Yeouido, which attracts people, capital, technology, and jobs through the creation of a specialized residential complex in the financial center that combines commerce, offices, and residences.

 

Business Strategy

1. Foster a 24/7 vibrant area partnered with the Yeouido international business district

2. Turning "Gukjegeumyung-ro" and "Yeouidaebang-ro", both of which have long been surrounded by apartment fence, to vibrant and relaxing commercial and business streetscape

3. Introducing public open spaces to a new railway station(Hanyang Apartment Station), revitalizing the area

4. Designing with the purpose of achieving harmony in the overall landscape of Yeouido
