We provide event spaces suitable for medium to large-scale gatherings, such as seminars, forums, and training sessions. (A total of 3 venues are available.)

Terms and conditions
- ◆ Purpose of use
- - Based on the purpose of establishing the Seoul Financial Hub, limited to financial (industry) related business, education, and events.
- - No subletting for the purpose of charging admission fees or promoting, selling, or inducing contracts for goods or paid services.
- - Not available for events such as propaganda, political rallies, demonstrations, religious events, events with anti-social sentiments (pornography, pyramid schemes, gambling), etc.
- ◆ The operating hours
- - Weekdays 09:00 ~ 18:00 ※ Available during these times only
- - The use (reservation) time includes preparation and cleanup time before and after the event.
- - For external organizations that are not tenants of the Seoul Financial Hub, reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the desired date (no same-day reservations).
- ◆ Rental Fees
- - Medium Lecture Room: KRW 33,000/hour (VAT included)
- Submit a copy of your business license via email (seoulifo@gmail.com) for billing purposes
- - Less than 1 hour is counted as 1 hour (including preparation time)
- - For open public facilities, 20% of the standard amount will be added for use outside of operating hours.
- - Expenses such as parking fees other than the rental fee are the responsibility of the user (reservation holder).
- ◆ Other matters
- - Medium Classroom 1: No HDMI connection (PC only), Medium Classrooms 2 and 3: HDMI connection available.
- - For inquiries regarding entrance, exit, and equipment use, please contact the office separately (+82-2-6346-2403).
- - After using the facility, equipment, house equipment, etc. must be returned to the original state, and garbage must be disposed of separately.
- - Installation/alteration of facilities (banners, signs, temporary structures, etc.), broadcasting equipment, and food and beverages must be inquired in advance before booking.
- - Noise, disturbance, unauthorized entry outside the reserved facility, etc. will result in immediate eviction.
- - In the event of damage or destruction of facilities, fixtures, equipment, etc., the user (booker) is obligated to compensate 100%.
